Indian Social Welfare Society (ISWS) is dedicated to the development of the deprived people (backward and poor rural women, people with disabilities, child labour, victims of trafficking and violence) of Gondia. The organization is working on the following issue of Child Marriage, Child Trafficking, Child Labour and Child Sexual Abuse. The organization participated and organized Child Marriage Free India Campaign in Gondia and Akola District of Maharashtra covering over 300 villages under the project.
In Gondia and surrounding regions, many children are abandoned, orphaned, or unable to live with their biological families due to various social and economic factors. These children are left vulnerable to neglect, exploitation, and a lack of basic necessities. The Indian Social Welfare Society (ISWS) aims to create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for these children by establishing an adoption center where they can receive all the care they deserve until they are placed with their forever families.
The main objectives of the Child Adoption Center project are:
This project will focus on 10 children, typically aged between 0-5years, who have been abandoned or orphaned. The children will be selected based on their immediate need for a safe environment and adoption opportunities.
